Can't see Ronnie doing much this evening. He's taking an age on everything, no rhythm at all. Something's not right with him this week, maybe being stuck in a hotel is sending him stir crazy. Have to laugh every time the camera cuts to him in his seat and he's picking at his sponsorship badges after the Marc Allen incident. Couldn't make it up.

if someone as experienced as o sullivan feels the need to practice on the main table imagine what lower ranked players and say players at the q school feel , especially with the possibly new default main table ? in the future the rasson , looking back its something i wish i done , just completely overlooked , i don't think it should be faulted at all then , just something to accept , especially when the venue isn't burdened with loads of matches like the latter stages of this as opposed to the earlier rounds of 128 and 64 .

Are there any plans to switch to Rasson?

Not really on the basis of today but even though I'm far from his biggest fan, I really do think Trump will end up as the greatest. Looking how long players play on for today - he has 14 years on Higgins, Williams and ROS. Maybe he'll go through a Hendry-esque decline but i'll be surprised. There are so many tournaments as well. Centuries and ranking title records will be his no doubt. He might even crack the top 5 by the end of this season. I guess the only question will be the majors.

ROS did well to make the final really - aside from the late blitz against Carter he didn't really play that well. I wonder if Trump dominating him will give him some motivation? I hope so but I think ROS always tries to downplay himself, his form and how much he cares because he doesn't actually like that type of pressure.

i don't know , why are they using rasson's in other events , i'm just guessing they'll eventually phase the rasson in like they did with star's after trial using star's at the chinese open in 2006 , also why have they taken the star name off the table

i doubt that so much i can't think of anything in the english language to express it , not politely anyway , which for me isn't saying a huge deal but i think i get my point across , stephen hendry was conveying that image in the late 80's and it turned out to be utter bollox .
