world snooker should think about rescheduling these schedules , beijing and shanghai time now is 2250 , the match between lu ning and pang junxu is starting at 0300 china time , ok they got zhou yesterday and xiao today at 2100 but is it really that hard to switch things around a day or two in advance .

FYI - for those watching BBC you can watch table 2 via the BBC Red Button channel - BBC RB 1 (Sky981)
you don't have to press the red button, just change channels - record, pause, etc. all work

I only have Freeview so channel BBC RB 1 on Freeview channel 601 is a godsend as it's the only way I can watch evening sessions and have a choice of tables for the afternoon sessions.

there are a few of the Chinese guys on the cusp of a breakthrough I have felt for a while. Thought when Yan Bingtau won in NI it would be followed by others. They are getting more savvy re ringcraft and defensive play but still nobody doing the business. What s missing , They need more experience ?

Experience and some feeling of success to free their head I guess. The psychological aspect is probably the most important at the elite level.
Also you just need time to develop a well-rounded game in (almost) every aspect (just look how Trump has improved on tactical awareness and cue ball control over the last two years or so) and especially to get some consistency.

I tend to agree with you on that ,he’s probably a nice chap but there’s just something watching him play that’s a bit urgh .

Two frames in how many potting attempts has wilson missed while the frame was still live , i suppose the onus on the viewer is to just appreciate his consistency , a world champion and world no. 1 all looks v likely in time , could be a trump vs wilson battle like shilton vs clemence , federer vs nadal etc .

edit i'd call o sullivan federer , trump nadal and wilson or selby djokovic
