Not advertising other channels is one thing, outright lying is another. To state, categorically, that we won't be able to watch the WCP if we live in the UK was a lie. If I hadn't questioned it here I'd have taken him at his word and probably missed it.

Are you sure he didn’t mean that you wouldn’t be able to watch it in the UK on Eurosport. This could be the case due to other up broadcasters having the rights to show it here ?

Oh, I myself found it hilarious as well and quite deserved for all the nonsense O'Sullivan says. I just think it won't help the relation between those two.

There were some pretty ironic and almost toxic comments from Selby in his post match interview. About he needs a "new cue tip" and so on. Funny, but maybe not really necessary to put more fuel into the fire between those two.
I guess O'Sullivans behaviour and the loss in the World semifinal still sting Selby, which is understandable. But it seems that the relation between those two has been thrown back a few years after they had already reached a level of sincere respect for each other.

Ronnie brings it on himself, Selby was 100% correct when he said if he carried on like Ronnie he would be condemned on all sides. He said because its Ronnie everybody excuses it, "oh well, thats Ronnie " . Ronnie is going OTT. But its great entertainment !!

It's entertaining to a point. When Ronnie tried to keep playing on in the fourth frame, 50 points down with only the black left, that was a bit silly. Then the ref intervened to say the frame was done, and he acted like that was a big surprise. In his interview afterwards, when asked, he said something like 'you learn something new every day'. Come on, don't be a plonker.

It's not a lie, he's on Eurosport, he works for Eurosport, you were watching Eurosport, you can't watch it on Eurosport in the UK, where is the lie. Again it's not up to him to advertise rival businesses scheduling.

Who cares ,we all only have to check tv listings on a couple of channels to find out if it’s on. I’m really made up that it’s on a ITV ,least I won’t have to listen to Joe Johnson .

I quite like the lady that hosts the itv ones, sorry don't know her name but she's better than most. I can't get away with the Goldstein fella on Eurosport, maybe it's his constant sucking up to Jimmy and Ronnie.

Yeah Jill something ,she’s good ,but then I think Itv’s Snooker coverage is much better these days than it used to be .

Yep, im from their neck of the woods and it grates on me listening to them so I get that. Refreshing to listen to Jill Douglas, a tidy lass... : )
