And next up for Ronnie, another of his favourite snacks, Barry (the budgie) Hawkins. H2H = 14 - 3.
Selby v Higgins should be interesting though.

Hmmm yeh, cant see there being much bird seed for the budgie! Selby v Higgins really should produce the goods for a great match though, John will be looking for revenge for the last loss when Selby needed a snooker in the decider... and got it!!
Not a sniff for Selby so far, great stuff from John, torturing the torturer. What a lovely shot from JH, his opening red of the 3rd frame, or rather, the white, judging the pace perfectly to find the gap between the 2 reds for the black, beautifully subtle shot. Would be some comeback from Mark now, can't really see it with his present form, but you never know.

The fast and the furious,
The slow and labourious,
All of us, glorious parts of the whole!
What did he say CC I missed it, couldn't believe the score line. I thought John just had a new cue from Raymond Cohen not GBL??
I think he’s changed again since that one John, he said he was talking with Stu and he pointed out that he thought Higgins had his bridge further away from the ball than he used to. John went away and studied old video of himself and he did indeed use to cue up closer to the white, so since then he has been working on that and as we can see it’s paying off now.
never seen him play better than today. Those stats from the match will stay in the record book a good while I reckon.
