Just wish this didn't feel so predictable, I'd love to see a bit of Crucible magic and see Murphy play out of his skin.

Interesting situation they are talking about in the studio regarding that snooker Selby was playing from when the cue ball was behind the brown .
Surely Selby would have known that the cue ball had been put back in a different position otherwise he would have chosen to play that last shot first .
Ronnie is correct by saying Murphy should have queried it but I feel Selby should have also called it.

Selby definitely would have been aware the cue ball had been replaced incorrectly. I wasn't impressed that he didn't correct the referee and instead looked to take advantage. I think Murphy is too much of a nice guy to have said anything. If Selby wins it's a shame that this will be the moment I remember from the final. I hope Murphy can mount a comeback like he did against Wilson.

Expect that shot to be mentioned in his post match interview . It will be interesting to hear his side of events .

It's a shame Shaun couldn't capitalise on all of the chances he made from his phenomenal long potting. But he's treading water again, the last time I said that he came out and completely blew his opponent away, that's what he needs to remember going into tonight's session, if he can find that again, we're in for a cracking finale.

Thanks Starsky, I do as well It's the link to frame scores and breaks on that page that I'm talking about, the button in between Head to head and Live scores takes you to a world snooker page and it's still not updated.

My personal view as a player is that if the shot he ends up playing was possible in the first place, you would never use the spider. Find it difficult to see how Mark didn't notice this.
