I think Reanne Evans has played in a tournament but I can't remember if it was through qualifiers or a wildcard.

She beat Thepchaiya Un-Nooh to reach the venue stage of the 2013 Wuxi Classic. Had to play a wildcard though and lost 5-2.

Was listening to her commentate on the nine ball last week and she was saying she had started playing league snooker again(she has a club in Dumfries). She has already had a 130 odd another couple of hundreds and missed the twelfth Black when on a maxi, all using her pool cue! She clearly can still play.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

I wonder if she will start competing on the women’s tour now the standard has improved.
She would be a big name and would help elevate the tour .

What was Fan Zhengyi's odds before the tournament started to win the title? He now moves up from N0 80 to N0 31 in the World rankings.
Ronnie O' Sullivan seven times the record breaking Snooker Master

its interesting what players like michael holt , andrew higginson and ryan day must be thinking seeing these new chinese players win events , i dont think these new chinese players would be favourites against them on paper or reality over a best of 7 - 11 match , time that they started pulling their weight a bit more before the likes of li hang , lu ning and pang junxu start winning tournaments too.
