Don’t know what to say about the Jimmy incident …..assume he was upset at the way he was performing.

Jimmy under the cosh, and the ref made a fairly silly mistake of quoting brown instead of blue, Jimmy pointed this out to him and the ref proceeded to laugh and say oh yes etc. And full due respect to Jimmy he said "sorry, but what is funny about that"? I think in the heat of the situation to Jimmy he was angered that this situation was being taken lightly, basically he was under it, losing and wasnt happy the referee in this situation wasnt fully professional as of course he should have been, to add to the misunderstanding, the ref unfortunately thought that Jimmy made an obscene hand gesture towards him which he did not and was later cleared by all accounts.

i'm 100% certain there will be vids all over Eurosport tomorrow as they love this stuff really and probably like when the Wind loses a little control because its good TV....😏

Yes the referee made a mistake thinking Jimmy had given him the finger and arguably should have been more professional .
I can’t say Jimmy has come out of this looking too well though
as his reaction was way over the top.
I wonder if there is any previous between the two of them ? πŸ€”

I can only presume it settled between the slates then moved with some movement of the cloth by his hand ??

I was a big Jimmy fan as a lad, but this for me was a little sad - its ok to still try and entertain and play... but its not ok to get angry about a match imo. That ref has a good rapore with all players and is known to have a sense of humor ( as Jimmy will remember Len Ganley had! )

If you feel like a mug out there... you probably are a mug for still being there...sad but true?

What did Trump say mate , did he not give any credit to Hill saying he himself just played poorly ? i dont know who he tries to impress acting like that i never found him an aesthetic player to watch anyway.

its TV bull****e , dont interview a "Champion" after he loses and expect to hear lovely things about how well his opponent smashed him up! if we are talking about how a consummate pro should conduct himself in front of TV camera interviews, then expect nothing less than lip service which TBH is proper bull****e anyway... thinks i'd rather see him gutted and angry and revengeful!!

Basically - dont interview a serious sportsman after a defeat expecting him to be an angel!! thats bollox!! I'm glad h'es pissed and hope it fuels him on to better form!

I know where you're coming from CC, but it's all part of the being a PRO. Judd has still got a lot of growing up to do IMO.
