Bit of an anticlimax in the end. Trump had a little spell before the interval where he actually played well but couldn't maintain it when they resumed play.

I think Judd is certainly going to struggle after this now. His form today was not good enough, bordering on poor and losing finals can become a habit, just as winning can become one.

I think he needs to go away and consider his technique and maybe look to see if he can do something to cut out the weak misses which are starting to plague his game too often.

O'Sullivan played decent and deserved to win. At the moment it's getting a little boring as I just don't see anyone beating him as there is a real lack of form players at the top of the game.

Nice little rear guard action from Judd, but he lost it in the first session really and you just knew Ronnie would go up a gear when needed.

The thing I liked about Ronnie in this event and especially the final is that he knew his long game wasn’t there this week so he didn’t force it but excepted it and instead of going for shots he probably wasn’t going to get and let Judd in he welded him to the bottom cushion repeatedly with top class safety .30+ years of experience kicked in and Ronnie could complete the jigsaw without all the pieces as the rest of his game was superb .Knowing all this now is probably why OSullivan is so devastating and still a notch above anyone else in the game .

I think Ronnie has a very well trained mind these days and couple that with his experience, the fact he's already won more titles than anyone else, he feels no real pressure anymore....let the pack chase!

Thing I've noticed with Judd is that his offset address due to his natural body movement works brilliantly when he's confident and relaxed, but when he's under the cosh he doesn't move on the shot as much or sometimes not at all on some shots and he misses them by a long way because of it, the slower shots especially.
