Quite amusing that Trump looks shocked with those horrendous kicks he had that could have cost him frames ,when he knows it’s down to the old style chalk

I was talking to Alexander Ursenbacher recently, he said he's been using Taom chalk for the last two years and he's never had a kick with it, he couldn't have sounded more of a proponent of its use.

I really grudge paying 15 quid for a bit of chalk but after my practice session yesterday I’ve decided to treat myself. Call it a early Xmas present. Yesterdays practice session was frustrating. I had numerous kicks. I’ll probably only use the TOAM chalk when playing solo as from what I understand both players need to use TOAM for there to be a benefit.
PS. Can anyone see any problem, re the cue tip, if I swap backwards and forwards between normal green triangle chalk and TOAM?

I’ve used Taom for some while now and play against people who use Triangle etc . Yes I still get the occasional kick against these players but it’s been reduced by the chalk I’m using. In my mind I’ve reduced the risk of kicks by 50% by using Taom against these players .

Yes the cost is more but the chalk lasts longer than older brands.

Make sure you get the V10 version which is the latest.

Cheers , yes he had been . The operation he had clearly has had a severe effect on his eyesight .

I know this is sport(ish) and people will talk about Teppy and Lisowski as underachievers maybe forever... but I for one am just pleased they play the game.
