That would be Nico De Vos from Belgium, has been a pro referee for many years but like most other "overseas" referees the pandemic curtailed a lot of attendance to events.

the camera focused on his eyes as they waited for table setup , he was blinking in discomfort and his eyes were streaming , felt very sad for him , he is playing veery well in recent times
