I still feel the only real reason Ronnie doesn't use it is because TAOM won't pay him a fee to endorse it, Ronnie loves a sponsorship deal and probably feels with his standing in the game that they (TAOM) should pay him to use it. .

Has he got a deal with Triangle/Master or Tweeten who make them both ? I still believe he doesn't get the control with Taom that he's used to with Triangle or Master, he tried it for one match in the 2020 worlds so I guess he didn't have a sponsorship deal then.
As for Trump now using it, in conversation with Hendry he said with all the title's he's won and all the breaks he's made it can't be that bad, yes there's the odd kick and Jack (Lisowski) pointed that out to me but then he went and had a massive miscue so I'll keep on using it, even if just to annoy my opponents. It could have cost Ronnie a frame yesterday against Noppon when he had a kick on the pink into the middle bag and let Noppon in for a clearance. A few more like that and he'll change for sure.

I believe he got a box of Triangle chalks when he went to USA some time back. He is using those I guess.

I don't know the exact date when Taom v10 was out. It must be somewhere around mid 2021.

Painful grinding match between Allen & Lisowski - no rhythm or fluency at all. Poor ref has been working hard and I think the boys should have accepted her decision on the free ball. Jack being Jack and too bloody nice talked himself out of a good position

Allen doing his best Selby impression tonight. Shame that he's resorted to playing a very cagey and deliberately negative safety game purely to get into Lisowski's head. I just wish players would play the game in the right spirit and stop resorting to mind games. It's bad enough with the sport having all this match fixing without players trying to bore the audience to tears with negative snooker. Allen needs calling out on this after the game, no ifs or buts.

Terrible game to watch I agree, what a relief just to see some positive potting from Lisowski in the last or second last frame. I`d give up if I had to play like that to win a frame/match. Young ref made a good call with the 3 more shots boys, but followed the players walking round far too closely I thought, young tho so allowances have to be made. I agree somewhat with cuecrafty that the players should have accepted the free ball ruling after a minute at the most, again a young ref needed to just call the decision and stick to it.

Noppon oh Noppon, always a bad match in you at some point in a tournament. Selby, Ronnie and Williams must wonder where you went this evening.
