I'm sure Trump just conceded the frame when he only needed two snookers. Unless I've got the scores wrong at the end of the eighth frame Barry was 23 ahead with 22 on when he potted the brown and missed the blue but Judd conceded instead of coming to the table. He needed two snookers on the blue to win by one point and the pink and black were well placed for a snooker. I could understand if he needed three snookers or two to tie or the balls were on cushions but with two snookers needed to win frame and match that seemed foolish.

I agree to that. I like Hendry's commentary but I feel that he expects all players to play like he did back in his prime which is very very difficult.

I've been watching some of Hendrys old matches with Parrott etc , obviously he was brilliant but far from perfect also. He should watch some himself, he never did everything perfectly all the time so shouldn't expect it from others. It gets tiring tbh keep hearing him say poor shot etc etc.

I feel maybe there's a mild bitterness in his tongue, when he berates players because he's now jealous he can no longer perform at a high level himself...

There's no such thing as a 'Hendry in his prime', he knows even better than myself that he only won because there were fewer good players on the scene. Just because he's a media figure it doesn't mean there was anything remotely elite about him as a player, was John Virgo, Dennis Taylor or Jimmy White elite ? No of course they weren't.

Yes the opposition was not as good as nowadays but he won 6 of his 7 world titles after/when the class of '92 graduated.

This is forgotten for all they say it was easier back then Ronnie, Higgins and Williams,who are still at the top now, turned pro in 92 a decade that Hendry totally dominated.

Hendry was an animal. Unmatched with breakbuilding with the mental strength to win from behind and never give in. Winning 10 frames in a row to beat Jimmy White in the 1992 world championship demonstrated the resolve he had. Ask Ronnie if he thinks Hendry is overrated.

I've spoken to a seasoned veteran professional that said O'Sullivan treats people like they were ****. I couldn't really care less about what he says in front of a camera in a sport thats completely marinated in protectionism.

Watching at ITV3 at the moment, it just occured to me...what happened with the players walk on music?
It seems like a while ago since i saw a player enter the arena with it's walk on music playing.
