Very sultry looking dead sexy girl imo, very 'Mata Hari' if you know what I mean, and an excellent ref, better than that strutting self important popinjay Olivier Marteel, about time she got an major final.

Aaaand they're all square again... hard to pick a winner here. Which is nice, actually.

I really think Shaun Murphy should grow himself a serious Ron Swanson style swagger moustache...

Is Murphy the new swerve potter?

I guess the stomach surgery has turned Murphy's game around for the good. Well done again.

Why did Jason Ferguson have such a forgettable career, does anyone remember his opening session vs Hendry at the Crucible in 96 when he led 6 - 3 ? Nothing great about Murphy this evening wouldn't be surprised if he loses in the opening round in Sheffield but all's fair and all that.

He really needs a cup and saucer there doesn't he.

Very well played though, winning 10 - 3 from 4 - 0 down is impressive, particularly against a player who's also in great form right now. I hope he can keep it up for the worlds. (Ooo-err missus! )

What, if anything, does this say about Kyren?

Did you have a little flutter on Wilson by any chance?

Thought Murphy battled well today, had a few chances to capitulate but hung on. That's a good sign he has faith in his game, he's not afraid of the winning line either.

No mate nothing for a few weeks, Wilson should have won two more frames this evening.
The Crucible qualifiers are on us again in only five hours from now, might put one or two low stakes accumulators down between now and the last judgement day Wednesday the 12th though.

It's interesting that Wilson said he hadn't been able to practice before the tournament. Makes me wonder if practicing for several hours a day is really necessary. I think the late great Fred Davis wasn't one for doing much practice and he had a successful career.

Well done to Murphy. I find him to be a bit up himself but enjoy his snooker playing, and at least he has some presence around the table compared to Wilson.
