Si's safety game is just atrocious. I know he is only 20, but that's a factor he really needs to work on in the future. But I'm sure he knows it and does it anyways.

It's great when you can have those sessions where you really make some damage, but a lot of it also comes down to limiting the damage when the opponent has the momentum. That's where Selby is so good. Plays nothing special, but he's only 7-4 down and not really in trouble. Whereas Si is just losing frame after frame. And it's not as if he hasn't had chances, he's had a scoring visit in almost every frame. Still time for things to turn around though.

Yeah, might cost him today, but I wouldn't be too worried for the future. Trump didn't have another plan at 20 either, and neither did Zhao Xintong.
