The O'sullivan vs Vafaei match could have been close. The amount of times Vafaei got in first and broke down was incredible. Ronnie won't win it playing at that level.
Robertson doesn't seem to have the internal drive to win. You can make a very good living being quite good at snooker nowdays, you don't have to win anything and that seems to be the path he's chosen.
This boy, Si Jiahui, really has something in terms of technique. Try to get a video of his Crucible matches so far, and check for stills where the camera is zooming on his bridge hand. Play it at slow speed. You will see an absolutely perfect straight cueing, the cue seems to be pushed by a machine, not by a human arm. I could not see any, literally any deviation from a straight line, even on long backswing shots. He is currently 98% potting rate against Milkins. His cue action is up there with Robertson, and his character is already excellent (given how he is fearlessly playing against the big names in Sheffield's temple...), if he refines all the rest (shot selection, first and foremost) he can really become someone in the game.
Exactly!, what can Ebdon do for you apart from telling you to take as much time over each shot as you can get away with, after all that's all he ever had.
Any suspicious betting patterns for Ronnie 13 Hossien 2 ?
Even if there was do you think they would ban Ronnie?
It's hard to pot balls with a Chimpanzee tea party going on in your head

Helps if the game ( despite all the support you could ask for, see Paul Mount and the Gloucester Snooker Academy ) re Milkins still seems difficult and frustrating to you after all this time.
I like Si Juahui though, if he does win this I can't see him beating McGill though tbh.
The commentators on bbc( Virgo and Perry) saying GW kept asking for the balls to be re racked. He wasn't, he was asking if the three shot rule the ref had initiated had ended as Selby moved one red a bit and then he moved it further.
