Yeh absolutely mate agreed. Listen when Ronnie plays well and entertains me I love to see him win, but today is also a breath of fresh air and the way Luca plays is just so cool, love it.

Good result for Luca. Although him winning was better odds than him losing in the second session, which was what the pundits on the BBC were banging on about as early as him being 4-2 down. Ronnie didn’t really get going for the whole match I didn’t think, not even when he was getting ahead in the first session.

I think so as well. Only thing is if he has to go all the way against both Higgins and Allen, but he´s really hard to scrape of the table.

I like what Shaun Murphy said about Brecel's win that this could trigger something on continental Europe, certainly if he goes on to become WC, that would be great, you never hear anything about snooker in Spain and very little in France either.
