He's got a good chance of being the dominant player again for sure. Having the events in China back on the calendar is a big thing as he really enjoys playing abroad and the travelling, especially new places. Having those extra events meas he's playing more regularly which he benefits from.

I also think he's changed something in practice and is hitting through the cueball straighter which has brought back his long potting and given him a lot of confidence. He has been off form for a while and basically using his determination and safety game to compete. A confident and in form Trump is head and shoulders above everyone in the game, but maintaining it and the desire to do that isn't easy. I know people will say he needs to win more triple crowns but I don't think it matters anymore. Being the dominant player in your era and winning more ranking titles is your bread and butter and proof of who is the best.

I think Trump needs another world title to be classed up there with the elites. Winning a lot of normal ranking events is great but multiple world titles elevates you just a bit higher.
