I been watching the pre-show stuff and the Chinese do know how to treat the players (maybe not a subtly and gently as the Thais )

For those that have forgotten, the snooker being in China matches have really odd start times!
Because the world is round (yes it is - really! ) not every one has the same time but to help those lovely people at snooker.org have added the function of match time as related to the reader's location!

So, unfortunately, here on TSF we will no longer have those conversation trying to fathom what time the matches start in different countries

I think this event has the Chinese version of "Eagle-Eye" that allows refs to replace balls - unfortunately I believe it is VERY expensive for WPBSA to have at any other event outside China - so please do not get used to it
