Loving the new live scores system, so far, it looks superb. No waiting around for the page to update every few minutes, it seems to just tick over in real time. Now, let's see how long they can keep it up for. 🤞

      What new live scoring system?

I am on https://scores.wst.tv/matches which is the rubbish "temp one".

ah do you mean the Live Score page ion the same site
      https://scores.wst.tv/live-scores
yes I have noticed that it is ticking over nearly in line with live TV, but it still has issues; when there are many matches on, that display is still rubbish.

I use it mostly on my phone, via Snooker.org's live score page (click the little red triangle thingy next to the H2H symbol). I also use a dark theme on my browsers so it looks fine to me, black background with white font. Not too bothered about the aesthetics tbh, so long it actually works and right now it's working far better than it ever has before.

I hope Noppon nails this event and gets to become a long term top 16 player, i think he deserves it.
' nails ' , reminds me of a TK Maxx shop window last year that advertised supposed low prices saying ' Christmas nailed '.
What kind of a respectable business says that ? And i'm an atheist.

Cracking match, brilliant ending 17 shots on respot Black!
Unfortuate for Zhou Yuelong, both players contributed massively to the match and the sport!

Yeah, back from the brink. Love a black ball finish.

Can not wait for Hoggins v Seangkham.
6-4 wins to JH but never in a semi-final.

Wow i don't think i've ever seen a player make a fist pump and still lose.
One cushion escapes seem easier but Zhou i guess is a fixture in those academies so hey - ho.
Wilson was a bit lucky to fluke the yellow otherwise i think it would have been over the pocket ?

I notice John Higgins has a black ferrule on his cue, What's up with that?

Trick of the light I think, pretty sure it's titanium.

I've not been able to watch any of the Snooker this week because the signal strength I'm getting for the DMAX channel is too weak even though all the other channels are fine. If John gets through to the final I'll have to think of something for tomorrow.

I've been reading Liam Graham's comments about Ronnie pulling out and I don't think he realises the irony in labelling Ronnie disrespectful but he's young and probably doesn't appreciate that. It's understandable he's disappointed that he didn't get to play Ronnie but most people would be happy with the bye and assume the day will come if he's good enough. Instead of wishing Ronnie well and being pragmatic he criticises him.

There were three cues at GB made for JH, he had picked one and rejected these and they all had century titanium ferrules.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

Thanks for that info, I noted a red badge also so guessing a TP cue. What a great Job GB have done in terms of getting top players exactly what they want 👏 in John's case a great shaft with chevrons facing back to him, and them of course bells & whistles to boot. 👏😉
