Mark actually did a Twitter Vote "which cue should I use in the English?", It came out at 60.1% for the Zhangyu cue

I saw that, but i guess since he admitted to have signed a contract he would have played with it no matter the outcome, or the vote was botted by Zhangyu

What did people make of this? Surely not a foul?

I didn’t think the whites had even come to a standstill…

New MC at WST. Is Phil Seymour sacked? I hope not.

Murphy swapping cues after the first frame against Robertson tonight - had two in his case, and switched. Would that be his 'wet weather' and 'dry weather' cues he was talking about before the start of last season, but then went quiet about? Both by Parris?

Surprised he’s still carrying on with this, he did say he felt he needed two cues, different specs for differing conditions but I don’t see how, at the top level you can do this effectively in match play.

Players have been saying the playing conditions here are really difficult, including Trump.. someone needs to tell Fan Zhengyi, as I don't think he's realised yet...

So John Higgins just reached 1000 centuries as the second player ever. I think it´s nice that he got there before Trump. Congratulations to Higgins.

Yes, well done John, taking your rightful place in the order of things. Would've hated to see him make too much of it, try and decide on a venue where he wanted to achieve it etc and just maybe blowing it. But in true Higgins style he just got the job done. 👏👏

I believe that Ben W has already said somewhere that it should not have been a foul and he made a mistake.

Great win for Chadha this morning Nice to see the crowd giving him a standing ovation, well deserved. Does anyone know if the lady in the audience who seemed to be crying with joy (or relief), is a relative of Chadha's? Interesting SF line-up we have now, would quite like to see Wakelin take it.

Yes, you're right, they just said in the PMI, very sweet. Don't think I've ever seen so much praying in a match before, seemed to work though.

Did you find a way to watch it mate?
