Mark Williams not playing well with that new cue! Hope they’re paying him well to use it, he’s gonna need it if he keeps losing in the first round.

Marks cue sounds terrible. I’d bin it.

Surely he will have tried this before they gave it to him. Sounds like one of those screw in tips when it's loose.
Does it have a titanium ferrule, it looked very shiny, just asking as he's tried one before and hated it .
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

He should have just stuck a new badge on his old cue.

Unless something happened to his Parris, its one of the strangest decisions Williams has ever made. Why would you change cue mid season, especially when he was very close to winning the event in Saudi only a couple of weeks back when he was in good form.

I guess he was very pissed to have lost the final and maybe more importantly money .

Great isn't how these so called poor playing conditions seem to only be affecting the top players who play on perfect conditions usually..... Ah bless!!

I think it's great seeing the lower ranked players do well on these conditions, probably a lot more comparable for them to their practice facilities.

Mark Williams put a poll up on X before the tournament asking people what cue he should play with and he abided by the decision! Has Boaty McBoatface vibes!

Higgins has changed his cue to a GBL cue with a smaller tip size at 9.5 mil.

Bit longer now. Too much tinkering imo.

With the TP cue he was at 55.5" in terms of the cue length. What length is he using at present?
