Good win for Moody Stan, 22.5k so far this season, not bad.

Rory Thor 7/1 to beat N Robertson, not bad he looked quite decent vs Mark Joyce earlier.

I heard best odds on Wu Yize before his last match, to win the WC was 150 -1 not great but also pretty tempting now.

He didn’t say. Just a bit longer.

So I went out last night and played my mate for two hours, Selby was on the telly so believed I would miss him and get home in time to watch Robertson.
What a fool I was eh! poor old Robbo didn't get on 'til 10.45pm and I went to bed.
All they can say about this bloke is that he 'finds a way to win', what a joke!

I feel sorry for Ollie Lines in the match with Higgins, but he has come out after the interval still looking nervy and shaking his head etc, that kind of body language isn't going to help. He needed to come back after the interval and think oh well sh!t or bust lets just relax the shoulders and have a crack at a few.

Higgo back in top 16. Can’t keep a good man down.

Anyone watching Selby vs Allen? Seems to me they are both so good at safety that they cancel each other out? 🤔

Mark Selby played really well last night, I thought. After the re-rack in the first frame he seemed to make a conscious decision not to get bogged down. Went for his shots and really went on the attack. Marc Allen was a bit too cautious for me, and that was the difference. I know he's been successful in terms of consistency, but I still don't think he has got the balance quite right, as he doesn't seem to be able to find an extra gear when being super cautious isn't working.

More of the same this afternoon, what a session. Looking forward to tonight, hope John gets a good start to keep it tight.

Me too normally, but was knackered last night so watched it. Got to say after the initial 28 mins of safety in the first frame which lead to a stalemate/ rerack (Selby suggested the rerack and went on to win the first 3 frames with a lot less safety)

Seemed a clever bit of Brinkmanship to me from Selby as he went on the attack after and I feel caught Allen off guard. Class really tbh.
