Loved Steve’s demonstration on how chalk on a cushion can cause a ‘big bounce’; hits the cueball into the black cushion in a spot that’s not been daubed with chalk, and the cueball rebounds 12 inches. Does the same again on the chalk mark and the ball ends up in the baulk end. Steve looks smug having proved his theory.
Of course the fact he hit the cueball twice as hard on the second occasion had nothing at all to do with it 😆
