To be fair we've all been through a match like that and it can get to you. I tell myself that no matter what happens, unless there is a bad contact, every shot turns out exactly how it was played and not how it was meant to be played and to always look to your own misses and decisions first.
Sometimes it helps but not always, 'ce la vie' as they say in france.
Speak up, you've got to speak up against the madness, you've got speak your mind if you dare
but don't try to get yourself elected, for if you do you'll have to cut your hair

It depends on his 'losing to a woman' fear which is quite evident in some men. I once had a team mate who went to pieces when playing women and could hardly pot a ball

If I was a player I'd be a bit miffed at them going down to 4 tables today and tomorrow when they've used 8 tables on the other days. Surely giving every player an extra rest day before the tournament proper would be better than making every match a TV table match (which seems to be why they've gone down to 4 tables).

Let’s see how Jack performs. He sometimes has a fear of men lol.

That is pretty funny to watch! 🤣. I'm not gonna lie and say that I have "never" felt like that but in life and definitely in snooker you have to accept things as they are. It's never your opponents fault when he is lucky, even if he is constantly lucky throughout a match, he didn't make the balls go where they end up gravity did!! Never been a fan of this holding the hand up thing, watch some old Higgins V Reardon matches and they used to laugh and smile at one another when fortunate! 👏

Ford a bit like Carter believe it's their misfortune when ball run goes against them. It's funny but since I've naturally come to the conclusion that ball run, is just "ball run", I've been a lot "luckier" myself! 😉
