He lost the plot. Looks like Muir will keep his place on Tour.

Most of the time he was just bemoaning his luck. To be fair he wasn’t getting a lot of running and Ross fluked a frame ball black. Worst offence was to smash his cue on the rail after missing a black off the spot. When Ross fluked the black I think I heard Tom say something like…. Well that just about sums up this match. Very unsporting.

OMG it has finally been done, two maximums in a single match, only two thing that beat that is two maximums in same match and day; and then two maximums same player, one after the other

Will three in one match ever been done?
              Up the TSF! :snooker:

                And this at the end....

                https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/6peml...hmg6cbnnt&dl=0

"Good luck Ross, your tactics worked mate. Slow, boring, negative, mess the balls up...."

There was quite a lengthy conversation between Muir and the ref after Ford had left, Muir clearly not happy with Ford's behaviour throughout the match, possibly asking the ref why he did nothing, but I couldn't quite hear it all at the time. Unfortunately, they cut that bit off the end of the stream replay.

Reminds me of a meme that made me laugh once, basically picture of a guy laying on a physchiatrist couch , with a caption from the doctors mouth saying "Have you ever considered you may just be a c#π€" 🀣

Never is anything Tom Fords fault, it's always someone or something else...

Jackson Pages makes two 147's to go through 10-2, has to be a first and both totally smooth fast breaks, not a hint of nerves, fantastic stuff. I think he gets the Β£147,000 bonus for two max's in a triple crown event as well, big payday.
Speak up, you've got to speak up against the madness, you've got speak your mind if you dare
but don't try to get yourself elected, for if you do you'll have to cut your hair

πŸ˜†That sounds like Paul Kaye's character from After Life.

I don't know what's worse in that clip - Tom Ford's behaviour or the ref completely ignoring it. The John Spencer era seems to be long gone and when it goes unpunished it's only going to get worse.

World Snooker have confirmed he gets the bonus. Also the high break prize at the Worlds now includes the qualifying event so he's in line for that unless any makes a 147+ break at the main tournament.

It has to be said though these qualifying pockets are very generous, hope they get some professionals in for the crucible and we don't have an event diminished by BBC Buckets.

Incredible. I saw the first 147 last night which looked totally effortless so am exited to see his second. He should ask to keep the set of balls and put them in a display case.

Looks like the only thing left is for someone to make a 147+ with a free ball, here's hoping. Marco made a 16 red clearance earlier on, I think that was the third in televised pro competition history, but no one has gone beyond 147 points in a break that I'm aware of.

That’s brilliant and especially as it appears the prize money for this feat will be honoured for Jackson.

I love the way he plays and I hope now with this financial support he can free his arm up and go for it Luca style.
