Dave Harold can be very slow at times. Sometimes you think he's fallen asleep on the shot. I suppose some players are very slow on shot selection but OK when down on the shot. The opposite might also be true. You see on the telly shot times which always seem to be around 20 seconds. I like to know how this is calculated. When does the clock start and finish? Terry Griffiths was famous for taking the long way round the table to his next shot which could add to the time. Alex Higgins used to run round the table which would speed up his shot times. I guess technique comes into it as well. Point and hit players would be quicker than those who do loads of feathers.

Yeh, just points at cue ball for ages before hitting. Personally I like the point and hit technique so long as it's slow back and pause. Just can't work out why Dave Harold takes so long before starting the back swing. Wonder what he's thinking about?

Rory Mcloed can be very entertaining sometimes he made three consecutive centuries against Ronnie in UK Championships.

To be honest thats probably because he had nothing to lose at that point in the match. Makes it a lot easier to just throw your arm at things and play more positive. If only he played like that all the time - just shows a lot of it is in the head.

He was very entertaining in the shoot out (20 sec shot clot) and he played quite well in that; he tends to slam ridculous long balls in occasionally, quite similar to Judd Trump in the respect actually. In regular tournament play though he is probably the worst player to watch.

I wouldn't have put Graham Miles in the (slow camp). From what footage I have seen of him, which is a fair amount, I would say he was neither quick or slow..

HI I would say Peter Ebdon slow and boring. If there was a fire in the house he would be the last one out

friend, your question should be reframed "who takes advantage of loopholes in the rules the most to unfairly slow down play to disadvantage & cheat opponents?"

in that case, it would be a dead heat between the 3 biggest time-wasters on the circuit - peter ebdon, mark selby and rory mcleod.

I seem to remember Chris Small being fairly slow.
