I have found the solution...the ref just needs to go and stand right in the eyeline of the player on each shot thereby blocking off any spectators wielding a camera. Problem solved (big wink)

Me too. Mike sometimes can get a bit on my nerves with his 'Dear me' and 'Hold on!', but otherwise pretty good commentator.
