Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning...

half empty/half fullUp the TSF! :snooker:

the same sort of attitude that put snooker at the bottom of the pile in the first place.

I completely agree with wildjoneseye and I'm entirely behind what Barry Hearns is doing with the expansion of the game. I do question why 64 are going to China for the Wuxi and it not being culled to 32 in England. What the eight who are not coming to Australia must think about is with the Goldfields contract now being up for renegotiation, how is Barry going to get more money for this tournament or if it will actually continue.

It would be great to see Stephen Lee return to Australia . . .
I met him last year and he seemed a friendly bloke . . .My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

its players right to pick and choose but by snubbing this event they not made negotiating easy for Barry and his team to A) Get increased sponsorship and B) Get Sydney or Melbourne interested in staging it.

I asked about it and they said that they were supposed to but the guy never turned up.
If the event was held in Sydney they would get a much bigger audience . . .My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
