Anyone watching this SF with Fu v Milkins?

Milkins has made several very strange shots in the first session.....attempted pots, position and safeties. Sellouts galore.

Can someone explain to me how the number two seed(Selby) and the number three seed(Robertson) can meet in a semi final. I always thought numbers one and three were in one half of the draw and two and four in the other. The final should have been Selby vs Robertson.

I believe Hawkins was in top half as defending champion (seeded 1) with 4th seed (probably Murphy) seeds 2&3 are always in same half.

Why do you say that? Why would the 1st seed get a tougher opponent than the 2nd seed in the semi-finals?

What the hell was that!! Where's the max mate! Lol, couldn't see Ron doing that. To get to the final of your only national tournament and not treat the crowd to a max.. wtf

Lovely break from Robertson to clinch the match. :smile: He had some luck at crucial times, a couple of favourable cannons in the safety battles, and of course that kick Selby had when he was close to making it 4-4...

Selby won back-to-back events last season, and now Robertson has a great chance to do so this season, as early as the second event. It would also make it three of the last four for him, which would probably be the best run since John Higgins won the UK, the Welsh Open and the WC in a short period.

Should be a good final. :wink:
