Have to say I don't like this event at all and would not pay to watch it.

nearly every match, the commentators say "well in 6-reds you cannot roll up behind a colour after a red"
to me this is an incorrect interpretation of the rule, or at least misleading.
In the WPBSA rules it states for 6-Reds, rule 3.
"A player cannot snooker behind a nominated colour at any time."
there is nothing to say they cannot snooker behind another colour after the nominated colour (whether nominated by action, direction of play or outright announcement) has been hit. Just like in full snooker, snookering behind a nominated Free ball is not allowed but after that hit the cue ball can go behind another ball.Up the TSF! :snooker:Comment

In UK time when are the finals on? All I've got here is 4:30CET which I think is 6hrs ahead of me (Eastern Daylight Savings)but I'd like to confirm.
OK, I did confirm and if it's at 4:30CET then it will be 10:30am for Eastern Daylight Savings so that will give Les and myself something to watch while we're practicing tomorrow.
