If you can watch online via the Eurosport player, they have a dedicated snooker channel, which was how I watched Davis v Allen and how I'm about to watch Allen v Trump just starting now . But you're right, it's a disappointing show from them.

I already pay for TV licence, Sky subscription, once did have SnookerTV but cashed it in after realising nearly half the season would not be shown in UK anyway! (Svendh did tell me of some software to de-block that regional restriction but I had already cancelled the subscription)
also, I do not have internet on the TV and I prefer to watch on the large screen (even though I do have a 24" VDU it is just not the same)

Yes it is a pay to view service, but it's VERY cheap, my yearly subscription costs me something like 8p a day .

Fair enough. Personally, I'd watch it on a 2 inch black and white if that was the only way, but each to their own.

Meanwhile Trump and Allen 1 - 1 atm and it's been a bit scrappy so far, both having had a few chances in each frame.
