Yeah me2. Did look forwards to Thursdays 7.30, till they started messing with the format a few years back.

Think sky dropped it because Ronnie wasn't playing and that was the end, sad though

Decent coverage from ITV although they need to remove the auditorium microphones from the air conditioner unit.

yes, and that was the only decent tournament with shot clock rules (which should be the norm). this new format is nothing more than a PTC event with brighter lights, better marketing and more prize money. worse still, you only need to win 4 matches to win the tournament and there are 16 players there. how can you be the champion of champions if you only play 4 out of the 16 'champions' in there and the starting match is a best of 7 lottery?

Yep sound quality is a bit lacking. Though great arena and games

I've watched a bit of this in between jobs, been impressed with the setup and the commentary, looks like it will be a success!
Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning...

Can't be bothered to play on, 51 behind with 43 on, in the frame he needs to stay in the match... Good riddance then.

Selby is looking very strong again all of a sudden after a quiet few months. Exactly the same time of year as when he went on his great run last season. So hard to beat when he plays like this.
