Well played to Barry Hawkins, he played a strong decider after Murphy only just missed the long pot. I bet Hawkins would love to play Mark Selby in a big match again, having beaten him quite a few times over the last couple of seasons now.

Tomorrow should be another great day, although the two best matches are on at the same time in the afternoon. :smile:

when ronnie won the uk champ in 2007, that was his first ranking tourney in 21 months. never one thought that ronnie would come back and be a contender with is mental problems. but he proved everyone wrong

but i am surprised how massviely higgins has declined after his superb comeback year in 2010/2010 (though his didnt play his best, but was solid as a rock under pressure and made many comebacks from behind. )

but he and williams arent that players anymore who are feared. but ronnie is still there. and still comepeting and winning major tournaments.

What is the difference between those two and ronnie?

Higgins won the the WC in 07,09,11, in that time ronnie had only one WC

Ronnie has been keeping in shape while the other two have aged. It's kind of funny because ronnie used to be a little chubbier than Williams and Higgins in the early 90's.

For some reason there've decided not to show any matches till 1pm, so we miss all the morning matches or only get to see the end of an overrunning match like the Walden Ding game that's on now!!
