After the first hour, with Wilson at 3 0 up, it was superb snooker, but after that, watching McGill was the equivalent of watching a footballer dive for penalties! The best player didn't win, but he should've spoken up to the ref. If that's the future of snooker, I won't be watching!

Is there a link to the incident?
My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
          I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

I was considering taking Annual Leave for the Champion of Champions as I liked ITV4's previous coverage, and it would be cheaper if I wanted to nip up there than it would be for York. In the end, I decided I'd take the UK off as it was a major, and we didn't know how good the new tournament would be.

Turns out the new tournament was excellent, as was ITV4, I can't afford to go to York especially this close to Christmas, and the BBC are putting two frames on the telly all week.

At least I can nip out for a few pints if I get fed up of it.

Only on World Snooker live scores. He is down 4-5 at the moment.

Ta. Looks like he choked on frame ball and lost 6-4. :-(

It's not easy being a Jamie Cope fan!

no offense but why are they showing Harold on one table and McLeod on the other, while Barry Hawkins and Shaun Murphy and Stuart Bingham and Jimmy White is playing on the other 4?

Presume they've just got cameras set up on two of the tables and the feed is luck as to who gets put on there.

I am Anthony McGill. I would like to reply to Brusque's ludicrous accusations that I cheated. I missed the escape first time, I made a right mess of it, it was not a difficult snooker to hit. It was not a full ball snooker, only the edge of the blue could stop me from hitting the yellow. The second time I connected with the yellow the way I intended and got a real lucky fluke. For you to accuse me of cheating on a public forum is completely out of order. Anyone who knows me in any sort of capacity knows this is not how I (or 99% of the other professionals) play the game. Why don't you go to youtube and type in Anthony McGill Fairplay and you'll see what sort of player I am. I can't believe I'm on here having to defend myself for something I haven't done, but I will not sit back and let anyone accuse me of something like this.
                                :snooker:
