Well what an absolutely amazing deciding frame that was!!!!! Twists&turns all the way, great safety play and snookers form both players. Incredible stuff...can't remember a frame like this one for a long time.
So another Midnight Finish and another typical high-quality Selby comeback. Hawkins missed his chance earlier. But still a great fight to the finish from both players. The fluked yellow from Selby was certainly cruel and undeserved for Hawkins. High drama until the very last ball.
By miles the best match of the championship so far. Well worth staying up for (it's off to work in 6 hours time ). I'll remember this match for a long time.
Oh and for all those Selby haters out there...hahahahahahahaha and up yours! See you in the semi's...

That was truly amazing. Midnight snooker magic.
Another fantastic comeback from Mark Selby, he just won't go down. He struggled for fluency all evening, unlike Ricky Walden, but you just know Walden will have big problems in the semi-finals.
Credit to Barry Hawkins as well, he laid some great snookers towards the end, and he could have got the penalty points earlier against another player. I still can't believe how he got himself into a position to win with that free ball, but it was never easy...
