I am, but it's not actually being broadcast in HD. None of the snooker has been broadcast in HD. I used to think that if something was being shown on a HD channel, then it automatically meant it was being broadcast in HD. Not so.

Interestingly, the picture is slightly crisper on 142 than it is on 102, but according to the planner it's not a HD broadcast.

It's amazing how someone who can get a 147 in one frame can miss some simple balls in another.
I think Robbo would prefer to not have a break after this frame.

Do you mean on Sky? I only have the basic package so only get the free HD channels, of which BBC is. I don't know if it's different when you have the full package, but if you check the planner you will see that the snooker is not highlighted in yellow (yellow indicates HD broadcasts)

I'm now watching on Eurosport HD and if you get the info up on the screen it says it is being shown HD, Dolby sound and Wide screen in the top right of the box.....

I'm missing something then??

Edit: I've just seen your last post bud, yeah you have to have the HD package......

I'm on Virgin but it's definitely in HD. I'm watching it on my 100 inch projector screen and SD looks a bit soft at that size.

Yes utterly baffling it is! And Robbo keeps on scoring heavily atm...it's his turn. Very interesting last quarter of the match coming up after the break.
