Where is the commentary? I contacted Livesport yesterday and they told me there was no commentary for this event. Found one on Wuro Sport yesterday but not today.

            • This great crowd deserves a great final. They got a terrific tactical battle between Williams and Selby in the tournament's first year, followed by a great scoring showdown between O'Sullivan and Maguire the second year. The first couple of frames here suggest this might be more like the second one.

              • Think i prefer it without the commentary to be honest, we all know what they are trying to do, without having to be told every few seconds

                  • Early lead for Trump then... Ding had a couple of scoring chances to make it at least 2-2, so he will probably be slightly disappointed, but it's still early in the match.

                    • So I've just got back and hoping to start watching the final and Eurosport has the snooker on the wrong channel so when it thought it's recording the Masters. It's actually recorded 3 hours of skiing. I'm absolutely fuming.

                      • what about that positional shot from pink to last red by Trump, that was stunning .... I am neither fan of Ding of Trump, but I guess I will go with Trump in this one

                        • Key frame that one, excellent pink from Trump to get position on that last red, great shot.

It seems like we have this scenario in every final, one player going for the 6-2 advantage after the first session and the other one looking to limit the damage and possibly get 4-4. It's a big difference as well, because it's first-to-9 here, so six is even closer to the finishing line that usual.

                            Beat me to it.

Yeah, that was great. The red that started that little break wasn't bad either, and the positional shot onto the yellow wasn't straightforward.

                            • Is it me, or does Ding just never acknowledge a good shot from his opponent? Even when he's playing someone who does tap at Ding's good shots. Kind of annoys me
                              Shreddin' balls :livid:

                              • 4 all. Getting interesting now.

My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
                                I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)
