Watching Ding today I was like ... wow .. what a talent ... but seeing Ronnie right now is a different matter altogether ... basically I am speechless .... utter ecstasy to watch him play when he is in that kinda form ... better than doing a virgin I'd say .... Barry made me lose a lot of money though when he messed in frame#2 ... I learned my lesson ... never bet on Ronnie's match ... if he wins the odds are too low and if you bet against him you never know when he will make a clearance like that

I knwo its hard to eb critical of Barry but if he had not messed up in that frame 2 when things were going for him, he might have avoided the spanking he had had to put up with ... I mean Barry is in great form so he should not have lost position from where he was .... he did not put pressure on Ronnie and now he can sit back, relax and enjoy Ronnie do his thing

Brilliant match so far. Barry playing great, but there's not much you can do when Ronnie plays like that. Pure class.

Ronnie looked just like me on that 130 break in frame 5 (in my dreams).

I think Ronnie will win this and I don't see Ding being able to keep up in the finals if Ronnie continues to play like me

I often think where ROS would be if he had Dr Peters 15 years ago.

He lost his head in the 2005 + 2006 WC and lost to the winner both times (1/4 and 1/2). You'd probably say he'd have won both of them. He also bottled the 2009 WC 1/4 final vs Selby but Higgins played really well that year so...

Didn't he lose his head a bit in the 02 semi final? Or did Hendry just out-play him? Can't remember. I wouldn't say more than those years though, as the others were won by Higgins, Williams, Hendry etc.
