Good start for Selby, 1-0. Not sure why but I really struggle to watch him play...no flair at all. I'm sure he is a great guy but I get no enjoyment from watching him, even when he is on form. With that in mind, really hoping for a Fu victory here.

2-0 Marco not settled at all...only potted one red so far. Tried a roll up behind the yellow, over hit it badly, Selby won the frame.

It will have to be Higgins-like, because I can't really see Fu getting back into the match with scrappy snooker. But he could come back with another couple of good breaks, like he did against Mark Allen from 4-1 down in the 2011 Masters. :smile:

Agreed. Poor safety from Fu cost him that scrappy 6th frame....5-1 now.

It's not going to happen for Fu from here, he is just not playing anywhere near well enough...

I've not keen on Selby. But I'm (extremely) slowly trying to get my head around to the fact that he's an awesome snooker player and all the other snooker players say he's a great guy.

My personal perception of him is wrong.

Thank you Virgin Media Tivo for managing to not record this. My kids have been hogging the TV this morning but I thought it's okay. I'll start watching it later. Goes to the TV. No record light on. I'm sick of this. It happens all the time.
