It was agonising to watch as a Ronnie fan but fair play to Mark Selby, he did what he had to and held his nerve until the end. Well done!

It was always unrealistic. He'd have had to win 5 in a row. I'll be surprised if he gets to 7 because like it or not, his game will drop soon enough. Hopefully he can get to 6.

Well done to Mark he played fantastically, personally I was disappointed at first at the prospect of Ronnie losing but he really didn't deserve it after that performance. Great work, Mark.

edit: after that interview let's hope that Ronnie is willing to return and put on more great performances in the future.

I don't post here much at all, but all the Selby hate made me write this.

I'm a Ronnie fan and it hurts to see him lose, but to win the World Championship you have to beat any player that's thrown at you, as no matter how your opponent plays it, you're still playing the same game, snooker.
