I've always had a soft spot for him and I had the 94 Masters Final recorded on vhs and I must have watched it 50 times and was always delighted to see him lift the trophy

What a superb clearance by McManus.

What do you think guys. The way that Higgins is playing. Will he put another frame on the board?

    Agree completely.

It would also be fascinating to see Alan vs Ken with what would probably be both of their final quarter final appearance up for grabs.

Well it looks like another painful world championship for scottish players.

Higgins goes for the maximum but fails to pot a very simple black, this doesn't look good at all

could and should have been 6-0 to McManus considering the 72 chances he missed to win the first frame

Give up John. You're not going to be able to lay a snooker.

    EDIT

    LOL. Spoke too soon.

    EDIT2:

5 - 1 to McManus now. I can't see Higgins putting a frame on the board the way he's playing at the moment.

Meh that's ok, as the game goes on Ding's experience will give him advantage. Wasley might have drawn level once but it is very little pressure for the chinese, he's been here before. Come on Ding!

Hasn't been the first time Wasley has done that in this match. In yesterday's session, same thing happened with a fluke snooker. Urging the ball to roll on and smiling when it did, only to smirk while raising his to apologize. Disgusting to watch
