Well if this brand of snooker is the snooker of a world champion, then no interest in this game for me any longer. This guy is the most widely "hated" in today's snooker, no matter how noisy his fans are.

He seems like a nice enough bloke, his style of play is just extremely cynical and dull, and ultimately bad for the game.

And he is capable of playing a more open game, he's got over 300 centuries, he's quite deliberately making the final into a war of attrition. He has every right to do that, of course, but you've got to expect criticism if you do so.

What odds did you have? I have a fiver on him at 10-1 so I will win fifty quid. Would rather Ronnie won though

I can't believe Selby is doing what he is doing...completely frustrating Ronnie,playing against a man not against an untouchable idol like everyone else is.

I'd wait it out, I honestly can't see Ronnie winning another frame for the rest of the match.

Or you could back Ronnie at 5/2 now and guarantee profit for either outcome? Cash out is weighed heavily in the bookies favour, a good back-to-lay here beats the bookies.

Saying that it looks like your £52 profit is safe now, but if you really want to cover, this is the way to do it.

I think it's over. He will have Dr Peters during the interval, but as I said earlier, he could do with Dr Lecter.

I didn't realise Selby had fans outside of his own blood relations. He will lost all of them by the end of this excruciating display!
