Selby doesn't deserve to win though, he is awful to watch in my view. His tactic seems to be to drag out frames and try to get to ROS.

Glad it's not just me. I can't believe that in this day and age, with the technology that's available, they haven't come up with a less obtrusive way of indicating shots on screen. What annoys me most is the fact that they insist on leaving it on screen and refuse to remove it until the balls have come to a standstill. They're so chunky and stark and 1986, that you can't see the bloody balls because of the lines!!

Because he won't get 11 frames before Ronnie gets 8. And it could easily be 11-6 anyway which means Selby would have to win 12 Frames before Ronnie won 7. Not gonna happen.
