Is it just me that thinks Selbys 'celebration' after winning that last frame is a bit ungracious? Weird thing to do when only 1 frame up with possible 12 to play.
He is a disgrace for such a beautiful game like snooker.

Why can't people just appreciate snooker for what it is, slow and fast games alike? Why is slow snooker automatically 'boring'. Why, when your favourite player isn't winning, does it mean the other guy is 'lucky'?
O'Sullivan fans won't give Selby any credit, and vice versa. It's ridiculous. This is the kind of stupid, banal bickering I expect from moronic football fans!
But if you want to be world Champion you have to take the fight against Teams like Italy, Argentina and even Germany
So Ronny should take the fight if he really whant to win this.mind control > body control > cue control > ball control

We will do just fine with a match like this...awesome stuff to watch!

Again you have no clue whatsoever what the 'general public' wants out of snooker. Snooker is about many things, the quick-fire potting by the likes of Ros and Trump (and many others), the highly tactical stuff like Mark Selby and John Higgins play, the absolute tension&drama at times even when players miss shots you and I probably wouldn't miss in the club...it's all part of the game we call snooker.
It has always been like that...never has it been only one of the above. Yes the fancy boys will get the attention in the papers (A. Higgins, J. White, Ros...) and from the public that have a very one-dimensional view of snooker...if they have any affinity with the game at all instead of with just&only their star player.
So there you have it...my ridiculous view on snooker

Well, I, for one, will be hoping for the minimum amount of frames possible. Can't be helped, I'm going to get up early tomorrow, and I have stuff to do.

The only point I disagree with is comparison of Mark Selby and John Higgins, a real disgrace to the latter in my belief. Slowing down the tempo or keeping the balls tight has never been John Higgins' way of dealing with the likes of Ronnie O'Sullivan, because he himself never "preferred" to have cagey frames. All the way Mark J!!

Explain what you mean........that's if you can get your head out of Selby's backside . You are just as biased as the so called 'Ronnie Worshippers' .
Lets just try to watch a decent final session of snooker without having to read your blinkered views on snooker .Still trying to pot as many balls as i can !
