Season tickets no longer exist and haven't done for some years now - existing season ticket holders keep theirs provided they keep attending, the rest of us have to get in line.

When is the draw usually made for the Masters and UK Championships?

I dunno about the UK but the Masters draw for 2014 came on the final day of the UK championship in December, about a month before the tournament started.
