        You read my mind :snooker:

...and this is now shaping up nicely for us...should be 3-3. Edit : not so fast can Perry still pinch this?! He can! Wow...incredible! Ding's eye-twitch just got a whole lot worse

        • Another lesson to all those players who concede frames when they only need a couple of snookers.

It really can happen to anyone... Only this week we've seen Higgins, O'Sullivan, Ding and Trump losing frames when their opponent needed snookers.

          • Yep, that's gotta hurt. And Joe in with a reasonable chance for 5 - 2 now...

            The slow and labourious,
All of us, glorious parts of the whole!

I mentioned that just a bit earlier...he would make a very bad poker player.

                  • Lovely pink from Ding.

Great match to watch this one.

                    • Cracking pink from Ding, and just what we needed to take us to 4 - 3.

                      • Holy crap was that a deja-vu or have I really seen perry do the exact same thing last year in some tournament...missing all the reds on a hit and hope...with the reds in pretty much the same position.

I must be losing my marbles!!!

                        • What an entertaining game this has turned out to be regardless of who wins.

                          • Ding is all but out now. So many big players out.
                            Quite a shock.

                              • Nice match again, particularly those two frames that came down to the final black.

Ding just wasted too many chances in the end... I think he is just not playing enough snooker at the moment. One ranking semi-final all season, and even that wasn't the kind of snooker he was playing last season. It will be interesting to see how his title defence goes in Berlin in a couple of weeks.

Perry played quite well, as did Allen today, so it should be a good match between them in the quarter-finals.
