I like them both. I think they are both excellent. Morgan will be hard to pick up everything he is saying for foreign viewers i would suspect but very good none the less.

I'm sure there was a world or UK championship around 5 to 10 years ago where the seeds were falling like rain. I'll try to work out when it was, or at least which tournament!

That would be the 2004 UK, the year Maguire won it. All eight top seeds went out before the quarter-finals, so Maguire had a pretty comfortable route to the title.

Although to be fair, that was before the rankings were updated after every tournament, so Maguire was provisionally a top4 player himself. :smile:

I generally like Clive's commentary. He comments for the Championship league. He's normally quite good.

I don't really dislike any of them which is a good thing. My favourite is Joe Johnson which is good because he always commentates on Eurosport.

Hendon or Studd - the same old boring stats and past matches guff,I don't mind the Thorne's and Virgo's 'where's the cue ball going' as they put some beef into their comments unlike the aforementioned pap.

Maguire hasn't the temperament to handle even a minor run of the ball against him so coping with it when it's as bad as this is going to be tough. Reminds me of Parrot.
