    Is that it?!

Kudos for actually posting it, but all that bull**** and talk of "all the money" and you've made about 75 quid total??

    Jesus H Christmas.

I tell you what - if you're so good you think you can teach Ronnie, Judd and Shaun something about the game, turn professional and prove it. Imagine how much money you'd have made so far, just competing in the Grand Prix.

    75 quid...

    • For the dimwits out there ... am a big fan of Trump ... he is immensely talented and has been for years but he frustrates me no end ... Give half of that talent to Selby and he wont lose a match in a decade .. I still do not rate players like Smurf and Trump and Allen etc. .... a proper player is Fu, Selby, even Walden is better than these when he is ON

      • I am not so good but unlike you lot happen to be an astute observer and know my snooker as far as identifying who is a champion and who is an also ran .... and despite unbelievable talent .. trump is just an also ran .. thus far at least ... Put this Trump in a match with MJW, ROS, Higgins, Selby etc. he will be hardly give them a match .... Did you even watch the stuff Selby played in 2014 final ... show me one match in Trump's or Smurf's entire career where they have matched that level

Looking forward to tonight's match nonetheless...
would much prefer to see stu win

Me as well, personality-wise Stu has my vote...but I think the Final could be something special as a re-match of sorts between Trump and ROS. Anyway...I'm good as long as the second semi provides some good snooker and a tight match

              Let's see now.

              2009 - Championship League - beat Selby
2011 - Players Tour Championship - beat Ding
              2011 - Antwerp Open - Beat Ronnie
              2012 - International Championship - beat Robertson
              2012 - Bulgarian Open - beat Higgins
2014 - UK Championship - Runner up to Ronnie

Judd has never faced Williams in a final but they have played 9 matches and Judd has won 5 of them.

In total Judd has won 4 Ranking titles, 4 minor ranking titles and 3 non ranking and he's getting stronger and stronger.

              • I was rooting for Martin but that was an impressive and intelligent reply from Judd.
I have always liked Stuart and as we all know he has a hit'n'miss results against ROS.
Cant wait to see what occurs later
                Up the TSF! :snooker:

that is nothing compared to the greats of the game ... even Mathew Stevens was getting better results that Trump at one time ... so winning one major match a year is hardly gonna set history ablaze

                    • Trump made an amazing come back however Gould
did well to make it this far and certainly should have
                      won the match.
Bingham can play some very good snooker and he is
definitely a very likeable guy and good for the sport.
Hopefully the next match is a real good one.

                      • Good match. Trump played some good tactical stuff in that comeback. He seems to have developed this habit of coming back into matches from behind recently, and it's a good sign for him ahead of the longer matches in the World Championship.

As for Gould, it's not like he was missing sitters in the last five frames, but he did have chances and should have won the match. In the last few days Phil Yates talked a lot about what a good "clincher" Gould was and what a good temperament he had, and I found myself almost screaming at the TV every time he said it. Hopefully he reassesses those weird opinions after today.

Looking forward to tonight, but I am hoping O'Sullivan and Bingham both play better than they did in the semi-finals of the UK Championship. Bingham played well up to 4-1 in that match, then put very little together after that, while O'Sullivan started poorly and only played good stuff after Bingham fell apart. They both had a pretty easy time yesterday, so they should be fresh and ready to play their best game tonight. I think O'Sullivan has looked quite composed and disciplined so far this week, so I will go for him to win 6-3.

                        • ...and we're off (again)....here's hoping for a good, tense and close match.

Btw also interesting to see how the ROS - Eckhart (boxing) match fares as well ROS looks his petulant-self tonight...

                          • A very fast frame 1 to O'Sullivan with both players
missing a fairly easy black off the spot.

you may not have heard the Everton commentary, apparently ROS only arrived 10mins before the match last night (stuck in traffic from Liverpool) so no wonder he was a bit "off"

                              • Certainly unprofessional and childish to throw
his chalk in the air because his positional play
left him shooting over a red.
Bingham is down 2-0 and needs a frame to get
                                some confidence. Cant keep missing.
