1. Pouring a beer or
2. Surfing here.

I don't really watch the adverts.

I'm on Eurosport (mainland Europe) so haven't seen the Lynx adverts, but Eurosport goes out of their way to show other evenly annoying ones I can tell you (the 'respect' one comes to mind)
