Anyone notice Selby play what looked to be a clear push shot/double hitting the white against Maquire? McManus commented on it but typically no more was said about it

If you are talking about Selby tapping the white into the pack in the last frame, it's not a push shot. Think he deliberately cue to the side of the white and "miscue" to avoid a push shot.

Selby actually played a fresh air shot then it appeared as if he played the double hit cuing straight through the white to roll up but misjudging it. Mcmanus called it a push shot which is why I said push shot/double hitting the white. Certainly wasnt a deliberate miscue but without a replay its hard to be sure if it was a foul or not, looked like a foul though

Yes, but I think that's because Wilson, like McLeod, is pants.

However, on today's evidence (and ONLY on today's evidence thus far) I'll recant on what I said yesterday about Robertson. That was lethal, speedy stuff in frame four there...

I know that, but it doesn't mean I have to like him, or want him to win. It may be snooker, but it's also a spectator game based on entertainment, sponsorship and advertising.

The BBC news at 6:30 announced that Neil Robertson has won the champion of Champions
by beating Mark Allen 6 frames to 3 to take the title. Shame, I was kind of looking forward to the other 10 frames.
They're worth every penny of their 3 billion year

Anyway, here's hoping Mark has a better session this evening, I'd like to see him take this one.
